Miller's Action Office Supply, Inc. was established in 1968 when our founder and current Chairman of the Board Richard E. Miller purchased the former Gergory's Office Supply located at 426 10th Avenue in Menominee, Michigan. The business at that time consisted of general office supplies, business forms, and gifts. The company remained under the Gregory name until 1970 when the name was changed to Miller's Action Office Supply and the company was incorporated. At that time, the company also began to focus on a wider variety of newly emerging office products and office furniture. Shortly after this, engineering products such as blueprint paper and vellum as well as blueprint copying began to be offered.

In 1977, the company moved to it's present location at 705 1st Street, in the heart of the city's historic disctrict. The new location resulted in greater retail space and enhanced exposure. In 1982, the company took on the Xerox line of equipment and continues to sell their supplies to this date. Jeffrey R. Miller, the company's current President and C.E.O. joined the company in 1984 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In the year 1994, the company acquired an off site warehouse which made purchasing and storing supplies in bulk possible. The main retail location and offices underwent a dramatic remodel in 1996 resulting in greater and more enhanched floor space and a more attractive and functional operation. Jeffrey R. Miller took over as company president in 2000 with the company continuing to prosper and diversify. With the increase in demand for office furniture and good quality used office furniture, the company opened its second retail location, the area's only Office Furniture Outlet Store in 2000. After a couple of moves, the outlet settled to it's present location at 955 1st Street in Menominee. In 2005, the company began to market to schools with the introduction of it's first education catalog.

In the future, Miller's will continue to diversify and develop it's ever-growing supply offering. We look forward to a bright future of serving our customers.
